We understand freight cost is our biggest economic hurdle in shipping Tridents to distant countries so we have decided to allow authorized and registered Dealers to set up assembly plants, this should be ideal for Far East, Latin America, Eastern Block, Europe etc.

In this way Trident can be very competitive.

We suggest that we do so in 2 steps:

First Step: Partial Knock Down (PKD)

The body and interior is completely assembled in China, the chassis part is separated. This way we can put eight (8) vehicles into a 40 feet high container. We will re-assemble the engine, suspension, wheels and put the body on the chassis. There is no special equipment required to do this.

Your facility will need a floor area of around 1000 square meters. After our production line employees are fully trained, we can go to the second step.

Second Step: Complete Knock Down (CKD)

The body is separated into several pieces. The frame is also separated and re-assembled using same procedures as mentioned above. This way we can put up to thirty (30) sets of CKD vehicles into a 40 feet high cube container. Your production line employees will receive complete actual training from our manufacturers in their factories in China. You may also wish to invest in putting-up a comprehensive painting /powder coating facility.
